The operating costs of the Learned Society of the Czech Republic are covered only by financial donations by its Fellows. An Endowment Fund for Support of Science has been established to promote the objectives of the Learned Society of the Czech Republic. The Endowment Fund is financed through donations from both individuals and legal entities. Funds donated to the Society are used primarily to award winners of prizes presented by the Society to scientists, junior scientists under age thirty-five and grammar school students for their contributions to science, research and scholarship.

Those who consider the mission and objectives of the Learned Society of the Czech Republic and the Endowment Fund worthy of support and may wish to assist them are kindly and respectfully requested to enable implementing the Society´s and the Fund´s goals by their donations. It would also be deeply appreciated by both the Society and the Fund if supporters and patrons would disseminate information about the mission of the Society and the Fund appropriately.
